In addition to working with the lines of business, the team is also responsible for creating a CX dashboard from a singular customer perspective and represents lines of business in Enterprise-wide customer feedback initiatives.Will be a CX professional that will work across multiple B2B businesses to understand line of business customer feedback objectives to develop and present survey strategy recommendations that drive survey design. This CX professional will provide industry expertise to enhance existing customer feedback programs and ensure survey strategy delivers actionable insights.Critical to success is the individual's ability to lead virtually with a keen focus on operational excellence to effectively manage risk and ensure efficient survey implementations. And we believe strongly in work-life balance.Specifically the Survey Strategy and Design Consultant will: Develop and present survey strategy to lines of business after deep dive learning sessions; survey strategy will drive survey design Develop survey questionnaires and invitations based on survey strategy and line of business objectives Facilitate adhoc customer insights needs that are out of scope for the VoC program Manage occasional adhoc survey intake requests from lines of business Partner with survey vendor of record to deploy new technologies and functionality to enhance the customer feedback program Provide CX industry expertise to enhance existing customer feedback programs Engage with and hold vendor of record accountable for meeting agreed upon survey implementation deliverables Build upon currently defined standards/procedures for ensuring optimal survey implementation Continuously strive for operational excellence, identify continuous improvements along the wayEmployees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
