Responsibilities Develop corporate, department and project earnings
and cash flow forecasts; Analyze drivers of historical financial
performance, including key trends that are impacting the business;
Prepare annual budgets and understand key trends in business unit
resource utilization; Understand the components, drivers and
evolution of Oaktree’s expenses and forecast them accordingly;
Evaluate potential new business development and the associated
financial ramifications; Contribute to various aspects of the
quarterly close process; Analyze the profitability of Oaktree’s
business including expense allocations, margin metrics and growth
opportunities; Support corporate financing activities, including
preparation of materials for lenders and rating agencies; and
Assist in the preparation of company filings and other internal and
external communication documents, including financial analyses for
materials shared with Brookfield, the Board of Directors, and other
key stakeholders. Qualifications 1-2 years of corporate finance,
FP&A, accounting, investment banking or consulting experience;
Outstanding analytical skills; Building and working with complex
financial models; Basic understanding of financial statements and
accounting; Knowledge of Microsoft Excel; and Familiarity with
Workday Adaptive, SAP BPC or other financial planning and analysis
software a plus. Personal Attributes Self-starter with a proven

and sense of dedication; Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and
written communication skills; Works well under pressure and with
time constraints; Outstanding organization skills with high

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. CPA or CFA a
plus Base Salary Range $85,000-$95,000 discretionary bonus and
