Our client, a cutting edge, e-commerce company in the consumer products space is hiring for a talented digital marketing specialist to join their growing team. Our client is renowned for their mission-driven, fun and fashionable products and is experiencing year on year growth. They are now looking for a digital marketer to oversee the strategy, delivery and execution of programs across social, email and PR, working closely with the Director of Brand Marketing. An ability to think creatively and generate compelling content for email campaigns and social posts is important, as well as an analytical mindset to track performance and metrics. This person will also oversee PR strategy (inbound and outbound), identifying opportunities to secure coverage and cultivate relationships with influencers.If you coin yourself as an equally creative and analytical person who loves to take ownership of your work and work in a fast paced, collaborative environment with a group of great people working on a single mission, this could be a great opportunity!For the 1st 90 days this is onsite in El Monte, CA, afterwards, there is hybrid potential, 1 - 2+ days WFH. Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging social media campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Generate compelling content, including images, videos, and copy, to foster brand loyalty and encourage user-generated content
• Manage creator and influencer relationships
• Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on the website to enhance the customer shopping experience
• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, product announcements, newsletters, and automated email sequences
• Segment the email list based on user behavior, demographics, and preferences to deliver personalized and targeted emails
• Monitor and analyze email marketing KPIs (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Develop PR strategies to secure media coverage, partnerships, and collaborations that elevate our brand's visibility.
• Optimize exposure for co-branded initiatives and exclusive collaborations with creators and artists
• Regularly analyze marketing campaign performance and website metrics to provide actionable insights and make data-driven decisions
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management, showcasing key performance indicators and the impact of marketing effortsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience (min 3 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or consumer goods industry
  • No task is too small attitude; someone who genuinely wants to excel and aims to exceed goals and KPIs
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website analytics tools (Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, heat maps)
  • Creative thinker with exceptional communication and copywriting skills
