Job Description Job Description Senior Project Manager - Multifamily Construction Senior Project Manager - Multifamily Construction Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in multifamily construction to oversee and manage all phases of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ground-up construction projects, particularly in the areas of apartments and senior living developments. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to meet timelines and budgets. Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules. Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues. Foster a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily projects. Proven experience managing ground-up construction, especially in podium, apartments, and senior living. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
