Job Description Job Description OSHPD Project Manager- Well-Established Top ENR Builder Construction Project Manager - OSHPD 1, HCAi Projects What You Will Be Doing -Responsible for leading project teams through inception to closeout, managing project construction/financials, scheduling, ensuring quality/schedules/safety/company policies, managing/controlling project costs, and job forecasts/reports - Client/owner, sub, and architect coordination/relations - Change orders, contracts, negotiations, resolve issues, manage project progress/profitability, value engineering, constructability reviews, project meetings, scope, budgets, plans/specs, and equipment/material scheduling Qualifications - 7-12 years of Project Management experience at a General Contractor working on critical care facility construction, OSHPD 1 - Solid communication and client relations skills - Stellar track record with team building - Construction technology skills Benefits - Base Salary $140,000-$160,000 - Bonus - Employee Stock Ownership/Profit Sharing - Vehicle allowance - 100% Employer Paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance - 401(k) Retirement - Employee Assistance Program and other perks - Paid Vacation and Holidays - Career advancement opportunities - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
