While we work with students across the country, our immediate openings are: Location: Los Angeles County Library Location(s): Lomita, CA 90717 Tentative Schedule : "High Dosage Tutor" Tues-Wed, 2:30 PM TO 7:15 PM and Thurs, 2:00 PM TO 5:30 PM. ELA/Math, grades 1st-6th. Appointment based 1v1, 3v1. "Homework Helper" Tues-Wed, 3:00 PM TO 7:30 PM & Thurs-Fri, 2:00 PM TO 5:30 PM. All subjects, grades 1st-12th. Walk ins. Pay: $22 per hour standard $23 per hour if bilingual (Spanish or other preferred language based on site request) $24 per hour if credentialed teacher or certificated tutor. In this role, you will: Provide small group tutoring sessions to students using the provided curriculum and learning technology. Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Provide homework help to 1st-12 students.
