  Precision Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is looking for a Project Engineer to join our team. If you are self-motivator who is experienced in managing multiple projects at once and have a background in industrial and/or heavy commercial construction- this position might be for you!
  What You Will Do:
  
  • 
    
  • Oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term/long term refrigeration installation project which has a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables, with primary focus on financial, schedule, project management and quality performance objectives
    
    
    • 
      
    • Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness
      
      
      • 
        
      • Meet with Customers regarding current/future projects
        
        
        • 
          
        • Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization
          
          QualificationsWhat You Need:
          
          • 
            
          • Proficient in reading construction blueprints, specifications, and contract documents
            
            
            • 
              
            • Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD
              
              
              • 
                
              • Ability to work unsupervised; self-motivated, self-starter, independent
                
                
                • 
                  
                • Efficiently organize and plan work tasks to meet company goals
                  
                  
                  • 
                    
                  • 3+ years of Industrial Project Management experience preferred
                    
                    
                    • 
                      
                    • 3+ years of Industrial Refrigeration experience preferred
                      
                      
                      • 
                        
                      • Bachelor's Degree in a Construction Workeragement, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering or relevant field is a plus
                        
                        
                        • 
                          
                        • Good communicator
                          
                          
                          • 
                            
                          • Bilingual
