Hunter Hamilton is partnered with a3PL company, providing
comprehensive eCommerce warehousing and logistics services in
search of an experienced business development / sales manager,
responsible for developing, implementing, and leading all aspects
of new business opportunities! Qualify potential opportunities,
prepare proposals, and conduct presentations, supervise customer
activity and continuously seek options to improve logistic
processes, and service options.This is a direct hire opportunity
working in an Onsite or Remote Flexible environment in Perris, CA
(Los Angeles Area). This is a full time 40 hour a week position
with a Monday through Friday schedule and compensation set at a
range of $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year DOE and monthly
bonuses. This position offers medical benefits, dental benefits,

Responsibilities:
- Develop plans to support the achievement of the goals and sales
targets established in the company's strategic plan.
- Decide the appropriate structure, geographic location and size
for the team to achieve the business objectives.
- Establish detailed Key Performance Is and metrics to supervise
and report on the performance of strategic goals, processes and
programs and transform data into practical insights and
recommendations.
- Responsible for researching pull through and/or brand
specification sales opportunities for assigned sector. This
includes resolving product needs and sales channel and working with
sales force to increase opportunities.
- Identify and establish client relationships that build pull
through sales opportunities through increased brand awareness and
specification of products.
- Partner and coordinate with internal functions such as
marketing operation, customer service, quality control etc. to
facilitate execution of new sales.
- Coordinate, attend events, trade shows, and gathers information
to determine market trends and present opportunities to marketing &
merchandising for further research and analysis. Also, ensures
internal groups understand market needs to ensure long-term
strategies meet future needs.What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of related experience in logistics industrials or
eCommerce related fulfillment.
- Bachelor's degree, especially in supply chain management,
marketing, or business administration
- Ability to broker and sustain networking relationships with
client
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and
interpreting product data
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 5+ years of proven Experience in Logistics, Sales Experience,
and Business Development (Preferred)
- 2 or more years of Experience E-commerce, and
Marketing(Preferred)Willingness to travel:
