Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Director - Consumer Lending
Solutions (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional development projects and manage project plans
with performance indicators
Conduct financial analysis to assess product viability and
collaborate on pricing strategies
Develop product strategies aligned with financial goals and support
new product initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Required); Master's Degree (Preferred)
In-depth knowledge and extensive experience with financial
institution/fintech related issues
8+ years of prior leadership and management experience
Knowledge of emerging technologies including AI tools, Confluence,
JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to evaluate and implement innovative product ideas while
ensuring compliance with regulations
