Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager, Public
Sector-Federal/State.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the contract lifecycle, including proposals, negotiations,
and ongoing administration
Ensure compliance with government and internal company
requirements
Draft and revise contractual agreements while advising on
compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work
experience
At least 6 years of prior Public Sector contracts experience
Experience in Federal and SLED contracting concepts; familiarity
with FAR and GSA schedules preferred
NCMA professional certification (CPCM, CFCM, etc.) is highly
desirable
Proven ability to manage high volumes of transactions and competing
priorities
