Job Description:

We have two immediate openings for Family Medicine providers in our Orange County & LA Clinics. Current openings are for Huntington Beach, Orange, Commerce & South LA. - You would be joining one of the largest FQHC Networks In the Country with 40+ Outpatient Clinics in L.A. and Orange County. We need providers that can start by October to replace physicians that are retiring. Most of our clinics have a full team of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics as well as an incredible support staff. The position overview is below: -100% Outpatient Practice

• Average 18-22 Patients a Day
• 15 to 20 Minute Time Slots
• Each Physician Has an LVN/MAWork Schedule
  • M-F 8am-5pm
  • 20-30% - telehealthCall Schedule: Phone Call ONLY (after hours)
    • NP Triage Calls
    • Call is ONLY 2 weeks Per YearMission Driven Organization
      • Hispanic Population / Spanish Preferred, Not Required
