collaborates with colleagues to establish and monitor procedures
and quality norms.Location: Diamond Bar, CA (NOT REMOTE); Territory
encompasses regions in CA, NV, WA, and AZ (multi-state, multi-site
position) San Bernardino CountyIndustry: Community Service, Special
Needs, Healthcare, Behavioral HealthResponsibilities:Ensure Quality
Care: Oversee and manage the quality of care offered to individuals
with developmental or behavioral impairments within the designated
territory.Programs and Regulations Knowledge: Possess a deep
understanding of county and state programs, as well as legal and
regulatory requirements concerning healthcare, special needs
services, and behavioral health.Proven Performance Record:
Demonstrate a successful track record of achieving key performance
indicators (KPIs) in relation to quality care, compliance, and
service delivery.Implement Quality Improvement Initiatives:
Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and care
quality, and develop and execute initiatives to address these
areas.Utilize Technology: Employ technology solutions and tools to
track and monitor quality metrics, streamline processes, and
enhance effectiveness in service delivery.Collaborate with
Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners,
and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with quality standards
and regulations.Training and Development: Provide training and
support to staff members to ensure comprehension and adherence to
quality standards and best practices.Continuous Improvement: Stay
updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging
technologies in community services, special needs, healthcare, and
behavioral health, and incorporate them into quality assurance
processes.Qualifications:Hold a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare
Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. A
Master's degree is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in
quality assurance or a related field, preferably within the
community service, special needs, healthcare, or behavioral health
sectors.In-depth knowledge of county and state programs, regulatory
requirements, and legal standards related to healthcare, special
needs services, and behavioral health.Excellent communication,
interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to
effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in
utilizing technology solutions and tools for data analysis,
reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.Ability to travel
