A company is looking for an Assistant Manager Medical Coding &
Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the quality of outsourced engagements and ensure client
requests are met
Manage healthcare projects and coordinate staff coverage
Facilitate training for professional coding, consulting, or
credentialing staff
Required Qualifications and Education
High School diploma or GED; additional education preferred
Minimum of 2 years of abstract coding experience
Must hold a relevant certification (CPC, CIC, CCS, etc.)
Experience in managing healthcare projects and coordinating
staffing coverage
Understanding of revenue cycle management challenges
