Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Denials (RN).
Key Responsibilities
Monitors and tracks correspondence issues to ensure compliance with
established policies and procedures
Provides expert knowledge and guidance to the correspondence team
for issue resolution and processing
Evaluates team performance and provides coaching to improve
documentation and quality of correspondence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience, or equivalent
experience
Knowledge of NCQA, federal, and state requirements preferred
Knowledge of the denials process preferred
Compact RN license required
