Licensed Master Social Worker Location: Mission Viejo, CA Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,120 to $2,280 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $53.00 - $57.00/Hourly. Summary: The Master of Social Work (MSW) provides psychosocial assessment, counseling, care coordination, and advocacy services to patients and families. The MSW collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare and community teams to address social, emotional, financial, and environmental factors affecting patient health, recovery, and well-being. Locals accepted at lower rate Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients and families. Identify social determinants of health impacting care and outcomes. Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support. Assist patients and families with adjustment to illness, injury, or life changes.
