registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. Provide expert nursing care in an operating room
setting, delivering safe and therapeutic treatment tailored to each
patients individual needs. In this role, you will perform
comprehensive assessments, create and implement care plans, and
evaluate patient progress, all while advocating for patients and
their families. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you
will ensure high-quality outcomes and manage complex clinical
situations with professionalism and compassion. Key
Responsibilities: Assess patient and family needs, documenting
observations accurately. Develop individualized, culturally
appropriate nursing care plans involving patients, families, and
healthcare teams. Implement and adapt nursing interventions based
on patient response and clinical guidelines. Evaluate progress
toward goals and adjust care plans accordingly. Identify
educational needs and deliver tailored teaching to patients and
families. Recognize communication barriers and employ
interdisciplinary resources. Advocate for patient rights and
encourage participation in care decisions. Document patient care in
accordance with departmental policies. Delegate tasks appropriately
to team members within their competency. Coordinate with healthcare
team members to optimize patient outcomes and care continuity.
Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse license. Experience in
operating room nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment and
critical thinking skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within
interdisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills with
patients and families. Commitment to patient advocacy and quality
