Job Description Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care | Los Angeles County, CA Salary Range: $140–$145 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No Nights | No Weekends | No Call About the Opportunity A mission-driven outpatient primary care organization is seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physicians to join established clinics throughout Los Angeles County, California . This is an excellent opportunity for physicians passionate about serving underserved and uninsured patient populations in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. Providers will deliver high-quality primary care in modern outpatient clinics supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams. The organization serves a large, diverse patient base and is recognized as an approved NHSC loan repayment site . Available Clinic Locations Downtown Los Angeles Position Highlights Outpatient-only primary care Average 20–22 patients per day Strong clinical support with integrated care teams Multispecialty environment including physicians, advanced practice providers, dental, behavioral health, and specialty services Over 180,000 annual patient visits serving approximately 48,000 patients Minimum Qualifications MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine Eligible for California medical licensure Commitment to community-based primary care Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation: $140–$145/hour Comprehensive benefits package CME allowance and paid CME time Malpractice insurance coverage Federal and state loan repayment eligibility (NHSC-approved site) Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Why This Role?
