Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated Special Unit Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team providing top-tier healthcare services. In this role, the RN will deliver exceptional care aligned with our mission of integrating health care and health coverage for better wellness outcomes. The successful candidate will handle patient care in specialized units, such as ICU, CCU or similar high-dependency settings, ensuring adherence to best practices and nursing protocols. Provide comprehensive nursing care in specialized units like ICU or CCU. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitor patient health and document nursing care. Administer medications as prescribed and oversee patient reactions to prevent complications. Educate patients and families on post-hospital care procedures. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and internal standards. Strong clinical skills in a high-dependency healthcare setting. Proficient in using medical software for patient charting. Capable of making swift, sound judgments in emergency situations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
