Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Integrated Customer Services meet program deliverables and
provide first-line support for escalations
Monitor real-time performance and staff quality assurance,
conducting necessary training and process improvements
Handle inbound/outbound calls, complete QA activities, and support
day-to-day operations
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or data entry
Experience operating a telephone system and processing data
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as
needed
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
