Your role is instrumental in our mission to support foodservice operators and restaurants across the nation. You will ensure the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of food products, while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance with safety regulations. Ensure timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied Assist with loading and unloading of truck manually or with equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks Maintain driving log, prepare vehicle performance forms and complete daily paperwork Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately Manage routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible Maintain a positive attitude with customers Keep commercial driver license up to date Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations No recent moving or driving violations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.) Ability to handle physical workload Strong organizational and time management skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A driver’s license DOT medical card Clean driving record
