Job Description Job Description Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and litigation, with a passion for advocating for clients' rights. This role involves managing a caseload of personal injury cases, from initial consultation through trial, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. On-site only. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations Interact with clients to provide updates, gather information, and offer legal advice Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to build strong cases Develop case strategies and prepare for trial, including jury selection and witness preparation Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Trial experience is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO, 401k Matching - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
