Job Description Job Description Position: Local Counsel needed
for filing cases (including pleadings, motions, and briefs) in
Federal District Court. We are looking for local counsel who are
admitted to practice law in the federal district courts in the
following States: California, Nevada, Idaho, Georgia (Southern
District), Maine, Rhode Island, Delaware, Washington (State),
Oregon. If you are admitted to practice law in all of the federal
district courts in at least one of these States, we would like you
to apply. THE FEDERAL APPEALS FIRM, is a law firm concentrating its
practice in handling Social Security Disability cases at the
Federal Court level. We strive for excellence in Federal Court
appeals. Compensation: $250 flat fee per case in which you appear
as local counsel. Qualifications/ Requirements: -You must be
admitted to practice law in all federal district courts in your
State or you must be able to become admitted in all federal
district courts in your State quickly and easily. Your Obligations:
-You will be required to file a notice of appearance with the Court
comply with the requirements for Local Counsel as set forth in the
local federal rules. -You will not be required to perform
substantive legal work on cases. You will only be acting as Local
