Supervises warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment. Ensures warehouse practices and protocols are being followed to achieve an efficient productive warehouse floor. Required Skills • At least 2 years' experience in 3PL in a lead position or similar role • Good Interpersonal and customer service skills • Good Time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Enforce Safety Procedures • Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
