If you answered YES to these questions Manpower would like to speak to you about our Mechanical Assembler position in El Monte, Ca.What's in it for you?Monday - Friday and some WeekendsFull Time Hours plus Over-Time1st Shift 7am-3:30pm$17-$22 Per Hour Based on Experience (Weekly Pay)True Temp to Hire opportunityCollege Tuition ProgramWhat you'll be doing:Perform mechanical assembly work on larger scale machines.Fit, align, and adjust components and assemblies within close tolerances.Assemble product based on information translated from job orders, work instructions, procedures and drawings.Must be able to use a large variety of small hand tools such as screwdrivers, socket wrenches, torque wrenches, and must be able to use mechanical measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.Debug systems with mechanical assembly and controls.Use analytical thinking to understand the controls assembly and end-product assembly processes.Reports any product damage to warehouse lead or supervisor and maintains a NO DAMAGE PRODUCT toleranceWho were looking for:Must have at least 3 years of experience in the automation or maintenance industry.Minimum 2 years of experience in large component assembly.Must possess their own tools.Bilingual(Spanish) is strongly preferred.Someone with great attendance and perfect punctuality.Detail-oriented and organized with an ability to work independentlyAble to lift to 50 pounds repetitively.Someone with a "Yes, can do!"
