Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (or two) to join our team developing and implementing our marketing campaigns throughout the region. The Customer Service Rep will receive comprehensive training on customer service, all marketing strategies, tailored product messaging, brand management, merchandise displays, how to educate and engage consumers on client's products, and reporting the results back to the management team.

CSR Responsibilities:

* Learn and retain pertinent product knowledge for our brands
* Follow client / partner guidelines
* Execute campaign setups, maintenance, and breakdowns
* Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumers

CSR Requirements:

* 1-2 years of sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred
* Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Ability to apply constructive feedback
* Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
* Must love working with people and be comfortable in a face to face environment

All employees are required to attend in office meetings - remote applicants need not apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
