Job Description:

Shift -Monday -Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, On-site

Job Responsibilities

Network, devices, and service installation
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades
Provide tier 2 and 3 support and troubleshooting
Implement security tools, policies, and procedures -
Maintain firewalls, virtual private networks, web protocols, and email security.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Support Windows servers including -SharePoint
IT asset admin and management.
Ad hoc duties

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field -or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Networking protocols and topology experience
- Experience with Cisco and Windows Server products
- English/Japanese bilingual preferred
- 3+ years' experience in the field as a manager preferred
- Some weekend and OT needed
