Job Description:
A company is looking for a Relationship Officer in Commercial
Banking.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates service requests for an assigned book of clients and
ensures compliance with regulations
Coordinates the setup and maintenance of deposit accounts and
resolves client overdrafts and delinquencies
Responds to client inquiries and collaborates with internal
partners to ensure service request resolution
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in commercial lending concepts or
equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in commercial banking support functions
Expertise in servicing commercial banking clients and identifying
cross-sell opportunities
Excellent knowledge of commercial loan and deposit
documentation
Understanding of BSA/AML program and compliance regulations
