Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claims to oversee
day-to-day operations in the claims area.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support the management of claims inventory to ensure
accuracy and compliance
Prioritize daily work volumes and manage operational costs
effectively
Assist in resolving complex claims and monitor claims quality
reviews for accuracy
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in the health insurance industry or claims
processing
Previous supervisory or lead experience with defined outcomes
Experience with Medicaid, Marketplace, and/or Medicare is
preferred
