Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to current members requesting to cancel
their policy through inbound calls
Listen, investigate, and find solutions to retain members who wish
to cancel their policy
Handle sensitive situations with empathy while adapting to changes
in procedures
Required Qualifications and Education
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
1+ years of successful customer retention experience in a
fast-paced call center
2+ years of customer service experience
Proven ability to implement retention strategies
Experience using complex computer systems
