Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training and Documentation Specialist
to join their Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain training and documentation resources
for BPO partners and internal support teams
Lead onboarding and continuing education initiatives for support
teams
Collaborate with internal departments to align on training needs
and quality assurance goals
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in training, documentation, QA, or support
operations (BPO experience preferred)
Ability to create engaging training content for diverse
audiences
Proficiency with Zendesk and documentation platforms (e.g.,
Confluence, Zendesk Guide)
Experience with Docebo or similar LMS platforms and learning
content creation
Strong project management and organizational skills
