Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to ensure
a seamless and satisfactory client experience in home
healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate client case loads efficiently while
ensuring customer satisfaction
Communicate with team members regarding scheduling, client changes,
and escalate issues as necessary
Verify caregiver attendance and respond promptly to client and
caregiver inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health sciences, social work, or nursing
preferred
2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare, or human/social
services
Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
History of achieving high customer service satisfaction rates
