Digital Location: West Hollywood, CA Onsite ABOUT THE ROLE A high
growth consumer brand in the lifestyle space is seeking a Director
of Ecommerce & Digital to own performance and execution across its
direct to consumer ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving
revenue growth, improving conversion, and elevating the end to end
digital shopping experience while partnering closely with executive
leadership on strategy, prioritization, and long range planning.
This leader will act as the operational owner of digital commerce,
managing internal teams and external partners across paid media,
site experience, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and platform
delivery. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands on, with
the ability to turn direction into action and action into
measurable results. This position is fully onsite in Hollywood,
California. RESPONSIBILITIES Growth and Channel Performance • Own
testing, optimization, and performance across paid acquisition
channels and overall channel mix • Partner with external agencies
to drive scale, efficiency, and insight across customer acquisition
efforts • Launch and manage an affiliate program including partner
strategy, optimization, and performance measurement • Lead social
commerce expansion including TikTok Shop strategy, merchandising
approach, and operational execution • Support international direct
to consumer growth initiatives with a focus on performance
optimization Platform and Site Experience • Lead site execution
across front end and back end in partnership with internal
engineering teams and development vendors • Own delivery of the
site roadmap with a focus on conversion, storytelling, and brand
expression • Drive site experience, conversion optimization,
merchandising, and go to market execution for launches and key
moments • Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to
ensure strong alignment between campaigns and site execution •
Ensure a best in class, accessible, and compliant digital
experience across all touchpoints • Oversee quality assurance,
content publishing, and launch readiness Loyalty and Analytics •
Own execution and ongoing optimization of the loyalty program •
Track and report on core performance metrics including conversion,
average order value, and revenue drivers • Partner with ecommerce
leadership on forecasting, demand planning, and site level
financial performance • Translate data into clear insights that
inform prioritization and decision making IDEAL PROFILE • A data
driven operator with a strong grasp of digital commerce performance
drivers • Comfortable turning insights into initiatives that impact
revenue and customer experience • A collaborative partner who works
effectively across marketing, creative, technology, and operations
• Experienced leading complex initiatives such as site
enhancements, platform integrations, or global expansion • Curious,
proactive, and motivated by continuous improvement QUALIFICATIONS •
Seven to ten years of ecommerce experience within beauty, fashion,
or premium consumer brands • Proven ownership of site performance,
revenue growth, and customer experience • Deep experience with
Shopify Plus, GA4, Netsuite, and modern direct to consumer best
practices • Strong background in site strategy, conversion
optimization, and ecommerce technology roadmaps • Experience
managing vendors and leading structured selection or RFP processes
• Financial acumen with experience supporting site level
forecasting and margin planning • Hands on experience with customer
service platforms and onsite personalization tools • Familiarity
with international ecommerce including logistics, localization, and
compliance considerations • Experience launching and scaling social
commerce channels such as TikTok Shop or similar platforms • Direct
involvement in site redesigns, platform migrations, and digital
launch execution • Highly analytical, detail oriented, and results
focused with a bias toward action • Clear communicator and problem
solver with a solutions oriented mindset • Passion for digital
innovation and building premium online customer experiences
