Are you a Senior AML/BSA Analyst?
Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client in California that is looking to add another Senior AML/BSA Analyst to their growing team. This position is an onsite role that will need someone in the office every day. This position will perform, EDD, PEP, Negative News, and Transaction investigations. You will also be supporting the AML team with escalations to management, case disposition, and identifying trends in customer historic data. responsibilities and qualifications for this role include :

• 4+ years of AML Investigations in the first and second line of defense
• Comprehensive understanding of AML, OFAC and the USA PATRIOT Act
• Experience with GIFTS transaction monitoring system or other automated transaction monitoring vendor software
• Ability to demonstrate critical thin decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to guide and advise Bank's Management on AML/Bank Secrecy Act(BSA)/OFAC issues
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
