Job Description:

Crystal by Design is a small family-owned wholesale business with a 20,000 sq ft warehouse. We sell crystal and glass awards & gifts to retailers around the country and internationally. We are looking for a responsible Customer Service Rep / Logistics Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative tasks and serve as the main point of contact for our customers.


*Responsibilities*

- Answer phone calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist customers with product information, inventory availability and quotes

- Order entry

- Coordinate with warehouse on preparing and shipping orders

- Managing logistics: processing and scheduling shipments

- Process claims and returns

- Process customer payments

- Light accounting (accounts receivables)

- Other clerical tasks may be assigned as needed


*Skills*

- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and computers

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to learn a vast amount of product knowledge quickly (we have an extensive product line)

- \*Important\* Must have a good memory for details, as this will play a large role in whether you can successfully complete your duties.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

- Pleasant and patient demeanor when dealing with customers

- High School degree; additional qualification as a Customer Service Rep or Logistics Coordinator will be a plus

- Fluent Spanish preferred


*Additional Information*

- Hours will be Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (7.5 work hours per day)

- Lunch will be 30 minutes

- Health insurance premiums fully paid by company

- We have a 40 lb office dog that will sometimes bark or get in your space. He needs time to get used to new people, but will love you once he gets to know you. You must be familiar with dogs and okay with this introductory period.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
