Job Description Job Description Part-Time Litigation Attorney
(Business, Healthcare, Insurance) - Remote A small, fast-moving
litigation practice has partnered with LHH and is seeking an
experienced attorney to assist with a diverse range of commercial
matters on a flexible, part-time schedule. This role is ideal for
an attorney who prefers substantive work without the pressures of a
large firm and wants autonomy in managing assignments. Practice
Areas • Business litigation • Healthcare law • Insurance litigation
• Fraud matters • Real property disputes • Commercial lease issues
Position Overview The attorney will handle a variety of substantive
assignments across active cases, including urgent pleading work,
statutory and contract analysis, motion drafting, and related
litigation tasks. The environment is fast-paced but supportive,
with an emphasis on high-quality work product over high billable
targets. Key Responsibilities • Draft demurrers, oppositions, and
other pleadings (immediate need) • Conduct legal research and
provide concise written analysis • Prepare and respond to motions,
briefs, and client communications • Review statutes, contracts, and
case law to support ongoing matters • Handle a broad mix of
commercial and healthcare-related disputes • Participate in
occasional in-person meetings if local (preferred, not required) •
Manage workload independently and communicate proactively
Qualifications • JD and active bar license in good standing •
Strong background in litigation, preferably involving business or
healthcare matters • Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and
legal memoranda • Ability to independently manage a part-time
caseload • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills •
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision Job Details
Location: Remote Compensation: $80 - $115/hr (W2) Hours: Approx. 20
hours/week, flexible Employment Type: Contract Duration:
