Job Description:
A company is looking for an HCC Risk Adjustment Coder (Clinical
Operations Specialist).
Key Responsibilities
Review medical records and assist clients with backlog and larger
chart page counts
Maintain training course material for medical record abstraction
and data entry
Monitor and maintain accuracy scores in coding projects while
providing coaching and feedback
Required Qualifications
Current Coding Certification (CPC, CPC-P, CPC-H, CPC-I, CRC, CCS)
through AAPC and/or AHIMA
Minimum of 3 years coding experience with knowledge of Medicare and
Commercial Risk Adjustment
Preferred experience in facility coding (OPPS/IPPS) and Health Plan
Risk Adjustment Data Validation Audit (RADV)
